Hiring: Commercial HVAC Project Sales Representative Company: LONG Building Technologies Location: Littleton, CO Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:40:40 About the job Experience: •2-4 years of related work experience •1+ years of sales-related work experience. •4 years of related work experience Required Skills: •Manage and grow assigned territory and/or group of accounts consisting of building owners, end-users, and property managers. •Engage with customers through site surveys, cold calls (phone and in-person), and consultations to assess needs, identify deficiencies, and propose tailored HVAC solutions. •Compile pricing of required equipment, materials, subcontractors and repair/installation labor. •Compose defined scope of work of the required repair/installation into a written proposal. •Adhere to LONG’s training and guidance on our sales systems and philosophies. •Cold calling on the phone and in-person at prospects location. •Interface directly with operations, finance, legal, and other inside and outside resources as needed to obtain the sale. •Follow through on sold work to ensure satisfactory completion. Ensure a smooth sales-to-operations turnover and monitor progress. Qualifications: •Moderate related technical and financial expertise. •Demonstrated capacity to legally operate a motor vehicle. •Understanding of HVAC, energy management, engineering, installation, and construction procedures. •Demonstrated capacity to interpret mechanical plans and specifications. •Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
