Required Skills: •Commercial Analytics & Decision Support •Provide financial analysis and decision support to the Commercial Finance Leader and commercial teams. •Build financial models, scenarios, and business cases to evaluate commercial opportunities, risks, and tradeoffs. •Analyze financial and commercial performance to identify key trends, drivers, and opportunities for improvement. •Translate complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations for business stakeholders. •Support pricing analysis, including price realization, pricing effectiveness, and the financial impact of proposed changes. •Analyze margin performance and product, customer, channel, and market mix to identify drivers of profitability. •Partner with commercial stakeholders to evaluate contract economics, customer proposals, and growth opportunities. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. •Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills. •Proficiency in Power BI and other data analytics or visualization tools. •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with large or complex data sets. •Demonstrated capacity to connect financial results to business drivers and communicate insights to financial and non-financial stakeholders. •Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities. •Strong alignment with Ketjen’s core values: curiosity, care, collaboration, humility, accountability, and integrity. •Knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and commercial performance management processes. •Demonstrated ability to improve or automate financial reporting and analytical processes.
