Hiring: Commercial Credit Analyst Company: MSU Federal Credit Union Location: Illinois, United States Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:13:36 Employment Type: Contract / Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Portfolio Management, Risk Management About the job Required Skills: •Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and other data to assess creditworthiness of commercial loan applicants and prepare written credit narratives summarizing financial analysis and risk assessment. •Support Loan Officers in loan decision-making with timely and accurate credit evaluations. •Conduct ongoing reviews of existing loans to monitor portfolio risk and identify potential issues. •Assist in identifying trends in borrower performance and industry conditions. •Maintain up-to-date and organized credit files in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements. •Develop a foundational understanding of accounting, finance, and credit principles. •Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to gather necessary financial and business information. •Ensure Compliance with internal credit policies and external regulatory guidelines.
