Required Skills: •This position is preferably based in Billerica, MA or another U.S. Entegris location, though remote candidates may be considered for the right fit. •Serve as a primary legal advisor to Entegris’s Global Procurement organization and business stakeholders on commercial matters. •Review, draft and negotiate supply, contract manufacturing, lease and other complex procurement agreements, with additional support on sales agreements and other commercial transactions as needed. •Collaborate directly with Global Procurement and business stakeholders to provide day-to-day legal advice and address issues that arise in active commercial relationships. •Drive continuous improvement of contract templates, positions, and negotiation strategies. •Contribute to contract management process improvements, including the creation and implementation of CLM system enhancements, contract negotiation playbooks and AI-driven solutions. •Support cross-functional strategic initiatives across procurement, legal, and business teams as needed. •J.D. or equivalent and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
