You will be drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts with the leading financial institutions of the world, including MSAs, SaaS agreements, SOWs and NDAs. •Own the review cycle from drafting and negotiation through closure. •Structure and negotiate risk allocation and regulatory compliance provisions calibrated to each transaction. •Use AI tools to streamline complex reviews; refine legal templates and processes; create sales training and enablement materials. •Identify potential risk and recommended mitigants in commercial transactions for escalation to senior leadership. •Partner with procurement on high-risk vendor contract reviews. •Support due diligence processes involving material commercial contracts. •Advise stakeholders on the legal risks, business strategies, and other product and regulatory issues related to commercial transactions and general operations.
