Required Skills: •Lead all phases of complex commercial construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout. •Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractors with full accountability. •Partner cross-functionally with architects, engineers, owners, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution. •Oversee field operations to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with specifications. •Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. •Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare, mission-critical, data center, higher education, retail clients and stakeholders. •Anticipate project risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure projects meet client expectations. Qualifications: •Proven background with a Commercial General Contractor (GC). •In-depth knowledge of construction means, methods, scheduling, and cost control. •Excellent leadership, communication, and client-relations skills. •Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar). •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
