Qualifications: •Solid functional working knowledge of commercial banking compliance requirements and second-line compliance risk management practices. •Demonstrated capacity to interpret regulatory requirements, identify compliance risks, evaluate controls, and recommend practical risk mitigation strategies. •Knowledge of commercial lending compliance requirements, including Flood Insurance, Regulation B/ECOA, FCRA, fair lending, and related regulatory expectations. •Demonstrated capacity to provide independent, effective challenge while maintaining productive relationships with business partners and stakeholders. •Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. •Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex regulatory concepts to diverse audiences. •Demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively with Legal, BSA/AML, OFAC, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Credit Risk Review, Operations, and business leaders. •Demonstrated sound judgment, integrity, and commitment to fostering a strong culture of compliance, governance, and risk management. •Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Law, or a related field, or equivalent experience. •Preferred: CRCM certification or progress toward certification.
