Hiring: Combustion Manufacturing Engineer - 2nd Shift Company: GE Vernova Location: Greenville, SC Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 10:42:55 About the job Experience: •6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing Required Skills: •Execute manufacturing engineering activities that support production operations and process efficiency. •Perform tactical manufacturing engineering responsibilities that do not require a four-year engineering degree and are not administrative in nature. •Develop and apply in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, systems, and technical disciplines. •Utilize prior experience and technical expertise to support operational strategies and business objectives. •Analyze manufacturing processes and recommend improvements to enhance quality, productivity, safety, and performance. •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing goals are achieved and operational requirements are met. •Leverage technical skills, analytical thinking, and multiple internal resources to evaluate issues and determine effective solutions. •Understand key business drivers and how team objectives contribute to overall organizational success.
