Required Skills: •We are seeking a Color Specialist to support the development and coordination of seasonal color direction across our brands and product categories. This role will partner closely with Design, Product Development and Sales to research trends, support seasonal palette development, maintain color standards, and help ensure consistent color application across categories. •The ideal candidate has a strong eye for color and trends, understands how color works across prints and patterns, and is highly organized and collaborative. •What You’ll Do •Research seasonal color, print, pattern, and consumer trends. •Support the development of seasonal color palettes, color stories, trend boards, and presentations. •Assist with selecting and coordinating colors for prints, patterns, graphics, and product applications. •Help ensure color direction is cohesive across product categories while maintaining individual brand identities. •Identify opportunities to leverage colors, prints, and patterns across categories. •Maintain seasonal color libraries, approved standards, and related print and pattern references. •Partner with Design, Product Development, Production and Sales to communicate seasonal color direction. •Track color submissions, approvals, revisions, and outstanding issues. •Review samples and development materials for consistency with approved color direction. •What Success Looks Like •Seasonal color direction and standards are organized and easily accessible across teams. •Color is applied consistently across product categories. Qualifications: •2–3 years of relevant experience in color, textile design, fashion/apparel design, product development, or a related field. •Strong eye for color, print, pattern, and seasonal trends. •Knowledge of color theory and color standards such as Pantone. •Experience supporting seasonal palettes, colorways, trend boards, or print/pattern development. •Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. •Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally. •Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred. Compensation: •Orly-Corp. provides base salary ranges for all U.S. positions in accordance with applicable laws. The expected base salary range for this role is $70,000 – $80,000. •Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and overall qualifications.
