Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to stand and walk for extended periods on shop and concrete floors, up to a full shift. •Demonstrated capacity to lift, carry, push, or pull up to fifty pounds regularly and heavier items occasionally with assistance. •Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, including into vehicle interiors, trunks, and engine compartments. •Repetitive use of hands and arms for wiping, buffing, polishing, and vacuuming tasks. •Demonstrated capacity to climb in and out of vehicles multiple times throughout the day. •Regular exposure to fumes, dust, cleaning chemicals, and varying temperatures, both indoors and outdoors. •Manual dexterity and hand eye coordination sufficient to safely operate detailing equipment and small tools. •Visual acuity sufficient to detect surface flaws, paint imperfections, and cleanliness issues under shop lighting.
