Hiring: CNC Repair Technician Company: NOV Location: Conroe, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 14:43:59 About the job Required Skills: •What is the Team Like? •Perform routine maintenance and inspections on electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. •Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, utilizing specialized tools and equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly. •Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty electrical components, including wiring, circuits, switches, and outlets. •Partner cross-functionally with other maintenance team members to address and resolve facility-wide issues and improvements. •Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and systems. •Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work. •Provides Maintenance Manager with necessary information to communicate with the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) for troubleshooting and all maintenance activities. Qualifications: •High School Diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in electrical systems is preferred. •Equipment Maintenance & CNC machine services/Troubleshooting experience required. •Good understanding of the technical features of CNC machines controls, electrical and mechanical systems. •Familiarity and proven use of a wide variety of hand, power, and machine tools to perform assignments. •Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician with a focus on electrical systems and troubleshooting. •Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including AC/DC circuits, wiring, and control systems. •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. •Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. •Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. •Flexibility to work different shifts and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
