Required Skills: •In all actions, supports LMI’s Quality Policy, Mission Statement and other LMI policies and procedures by supporting our commitment to total customer satisfaction, quality products and services, lean processes, continuous improvement, on-time delivery, safety, teaming, individual accountability and respect for people. •Regular and reliable attendance at work is required and an essential function of the position. •Study and interpret customer purchase orders, drawings, manuals, specifications, Catia Datasets, to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, sequence of operations and setup requirements to maximize efficiencies. •Read and interpret statistical information and data including job orders, drawings, blueprints, and CMM reports to write the programs that include the proper methodology, tooling, cutting speeds and feeds to generate quality parts in accordance with production standards. •Create setup sheets based on tooling selection criteria. •Maintain library of programs and configuration. Maintain internal DPD/PCMS work instructions. •Familiar with all customer and third party DPD/PCMS specifications/ requirements. •Participate in customer and third party DPD/PCMS audits Qualifications: •Performs programming, and/or modifies existing programming of 3 /4- Axis and 5-Axis High Speed Machining Center using Catia Datasets and Master CAM software. Revise programs and documentation based on engineering changes.
