Required Skills: •Procure castings, forgings, CNC-machined components, and related manufacturing materials to support production schedules. •Review MRP recommendations and place purchase orders to maintain material availability while minimizing excess inventory. •Monitor supplier delivery performance and expedite orders as needed to avoid production disruptions. •Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and contractual agreements with suppliers. •Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to support quality, delivery, and cost objectives. •Partner cross-functionally with Engineering and Quality departments to resolve supplier quality issues and implement corrective actions. •Source and qualify new suppliers to improve cost competitiveness, quality, and supply chain stability. •Analyze supplier capacity, market conditions, and risks affecting material availability.
