Required Skills: •Set up, operate, and program •Prepare and process digital cutting files and ensure they are correctly configured for production. •Import, review, and verify cutting files against technical drawings or production specifications. •Tools, blades, cutting parameters, and machine settings based on the material and application. •Load, position, and secure materials accurately on the cutting table. •Operate the Zünd machine efficiently while maintaining consistent production quality and throughput. •Perform first-piece and in-process quality checks to ensure cuts meet dimensional and visual requirements. •Identify and correct cutting issues such as incorrect tool selection, registration problems, material movement, or file-related errors.
