See for yourself. •As a key member of the Quality Team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes. •Reports To Sr. Manager, Process Engineering •Austin Surgical (Encore Medical) is an orthopedic implant and instrument design, development, and manufacturing facility. •The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can coach and support team members, troubleshoot complex machining challenges, and drive performance related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, compliance, and continuous improvement. •Lead, coach, and support CNC programmers and machining support team members. •Oversee CNC programming activities to support production schedules, new product launches, process improvements, and business priorities. Qualifications: •Minimum of 5 years of CNC programming, machining, or manufacturing engineering support experience. •Prior experience leading, mentoring, or supervising technical employees preferred. •In-depth knowledge of machining processes, tooling, workholding, inspection methods, and manufacturing documentation. •Demonstrated capacity to work under general direction while maintaining a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism. •Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and leadership skills. •Demonstrated capacity to support production needs while maintaining compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
