Qualifications: •Current, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. •Compassionate, dependable, and resident-centered approach to care. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team. •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. •Demonstrated capacity to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment. •Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required.
