This position is responsible for conducting laboratory tests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with applicable ASTM, AASHTO, and project requirements. •Perform laboratory testing of soils, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt in accordance with ASTM, AASHTO, and company procedures. •Conduct testing including Proctor compaction, sieve analysis, Atterberg Limits, sand equivalent, uncompacted voids, compression testing, and other standard laboratory procedures. •Perform asphalt testing including ignition oven, Marshall/Gyratory, maximum theoretical density (Rice), and related testing methods. •Receive, sample, split, process, and prepare materials for testing. •Accurately record, calculate, and report test results. Qualifications: •Knowledge of ASTM, AASHTO, and industry-standard laboratory testing procedures. •ATTI/ASTM/AASHTO Soils and Aggregate certification preferred. •ACI Concrete Strength Testing certification preferred. •Training may be provided for qualified candidates with relevant experience and aptitude.
