Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls •Advanced proficiency in CMM programming and metrology within a precision or high-mix manufacturing environment. •Expert-level skill with PC-DMIS and Hexagon CMM systems (or equivalent). •In-depth knowledge of GD&T and the ability to interpret and apply it to complex 3D geometries. •Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve metrology-related manufacturing challenges. •Analytical approach to data review, measurement variation, and process feedback. •Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative engineering environment. •Operational familiarity with Python, C++, or VB for data automation or process scripting. •Background in aerospace, defense, or high-performance automotive manufacturing. •Candidates will complete an on-site technical skills demonstration (< 60 minutes) as part of the hiring process to validate proficiency in metrology programming and analysis.
