Required Skills: •We’re looking for an experienced CMM Programmer Candidate. You will have the opportunity to work with an experienced and highly motivated team. The role will be processed based and will have a focus on programming and supporting CMM. •This position can work remotely, with up to 50% travel •CMM Programming: Leverage existing PC-DMIS Programming Experience to design Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) programs for various feature types, stages of a parts throughout the process flow (roughed, semi-finish, finished) to ensure a robust inspection routines of machined components. •Quality Assurance: Ensure accurate representation of part features in alignment with GD&T standards. •Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of inspection programs, including measurement data location, inspection reports, and non-conformance records. •Collaboration: Communicate daily with Quality and Manufacturing engineers and production teams to identify next steps, address quality issues, opportunities, and implement corrective actions. •Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance quality processes and optimize inspection procedures. •Training Support: Assist in training initiatives for inspectors on CMM operation, inspection techniques, and quality standards. Qualifications: •High School diploma or GED •3+ years of experience in CMM programming using PCDMIS •Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations. •Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.
