Required Skills: •This position will support the Bank’s cloud-based systems and infrastructure within the Information Technology department. •The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions and work proactively to diagnose problems and provide recommendations for new and existing cloud-based systems. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience. •Applied hands-on capability in major cloud providers (ex. AWS, Azure, GCP). •Knowledge of networking, databases, and storage solutions in cloud environments. •Demonstrated capacity to make effective and informed decisions using own initiative and based upon a sound understanding of the issues and challenges of the organization. •Operational familiarity with Infrastructure as Code solutions such as Terraform. •Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) as well as interpersonal skills. •Effective in a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability. •Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. •Highly organized with the ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks. •Demonstrated capacity to positively engage with others and possess a strong desire to learn.
