The incumbent will have an active role in driving growth across the US and have the opportunity to establish key customer relationships as well as consult with surgeons in the operating room as it pertains to the use of our foot and ankle solutions. •The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need. •Attend first cases with either new agents or new doctors or lost doctors or "doctors at risk" as determined by the Sales Leadership Team •Assist with surgeon sawbones or cadaver labs •Assist distributors and representatives with sales calls on all product lines within Foot & Ankle Qualifications: •Must possess a valid Driver’s License and current automobile insurance •Typical work-related travel assignments range 1-5 days, and as such overnight, out-of-town stays are required •Position requires car and air travel on a routine basis •Works in the field with customers, Regional Sales Representatives, a minimum of 60% of the work week •Prior experience within Foot & Ankle •Knowledge of healthcare insurance and third-party reimbursement •Currently, Enovis does not provide sponsorship for employment visas (e.g., H-1B) and will not offer such sponsorship in the future.
