Hiring: Clinical Research Coordinator I - Pediatric Neurology Company: Medical College of Wisconsin Location: Milwaukee, WI Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 11:45:18 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Python About the job Required Skills: •Collect, manage, and harmonize large data sets from a variety of sources, including the Electronic Medical Record, RedCap databases, PACs/Imaging, and other file types. •Use R code, Python, and/other data management tools and applications to assist the Principal Investigators with their research. •Interface directly with interdisciplinary team and research coordinator team to ensure cross-coverage for the Child Neurosciences research portfolio. •Recruit, screen, enroll and obtain consent from program participants. Conduct or coordinate training for program participants. •Coordinate research protocols including arranging necessary appointments and procedures, working collaboratively with other departments and institutions, and maintaining contact with study participants. •Collect, analyze, and disseminate program data.  Report program data and progress to program stakeholders. •Identify problems or obstacles in the system/procedures related to implementation of the research protocols and communicate to the study investigators. •Assure compliance with all relevant IRB and other regulatory agency requirements. Qualifications: •Knowledge of biology, chemistry, mathematics, documentation, and records management. •Data utilization, complex problem solving, critical thinking, resource management, and writing skills. •R code, Python, or other coding skills. •Solid functional working knowledge of Microsoft Applications •Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis. •Associate's Degree •Bachelors Degree •Prior experience in clinical research or large dataset research •CITI training within 90 days of hire •Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking continuously.
