Along with Flexible Spending options •Competitive Vacation and Paid Holidays offered Required Skills: •Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases and files related to the CVICU, OB, RAAPS, and PAT service lines, including provider schedules and Epic templates, payroll tracking, and time-off records. •Maintain program timeline including tracking deadlines and program components, as well as short- and long-term clinical staffing schedules. •Coordinate and manage scheduling of anesthesia providers (faculty and APPs) and material resources across CVICU, OB, RAAPS, and PAT service lines; track and manage vacation, time away, and coverage needs to ensure appropriate clinical staffing. •Conduct or coordinate training of QGenda utilization and updates for providers. •Collect, analyze, and disseminate program data, including staffing, payroll, and scheduling metrics. Provide input on program design. •Support payroll processes by maintaining accurate provider schedules, tracking time worked, and ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational requirements. •Report program data and progress to program stakeholders, including updates on clinical scheduling, coverage, and workforce utilization. •Coordinate and manage program outreach activities including acting as a liaison with clinic managers, clinical leaders, providers, and main campus administrative teams; serve as a primary administrative resource for Non-OR Anesthesia providers.
