Hiring: Clinical Program Coordinator I - Hematopathology Company: Medical College of Wisconsin Location: Milwaukee, WI Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 19:45:17 Employment Type: On-site About the job Required Skills: •Collaborate on the development of division materials, including educational materials, marketing materials, websites, forms, and reports. •Partner with division leadership to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases and files related to the division. •Support clinical workflows by proactively identifying information needs and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication. •Maintain program timeline, including tracking key deadlines and deliverables across division initiatives. •Manage faculty calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas, minutes, and relevant materials for all Hematopathology faculty. •Manage monthly department newsletter, including content collection, formatting, and distribution. •Organize internal and external meetings, site visits, and special events. •Conduct and coordinate faculty onboarding in the division in partnership with division leadership. Responsibilities include building itineraries, scheduling onboarding meetings, and providing the administrative overview in partnership with the Senior Business Operations Coordinator. Qualifications: •Knowledge of computers, clerical procedures, customer service standards, collaboration, and information management. •Organization, time management, interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills. •Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis. •Bachelor’s degree •Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking continuously. •Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with water or other liquids. Work is performed in an environmentally controlled environment. •Demonstrated capacity to detect and translate speech or other communication required.
