Qualifications: •Expertise in electronic health record reviews and/or clinical audits [Required] •Proficient with electronic health records (EHR) and its interface with clinician workflow [Required] •Strong background in patient safety, patient adverse event (harm) identification, recording and analysis. [Required] •Knowledge of statistics, data collection, analysis, and data presentation [Required] •Solid functional working knowledge of quality and safety improvement strategies and methods including root cause determination and high reliability organization process improvement. [Required] •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in understandable terms to all levels of staff. [Required] •Proven competency and experience with executive level presentation skills. [Required] •Demonstrated capacity to create, build, and lead teams. [Required] •Strong organizational skills, with the ability to focus detailed and concentrated efforts to multiple projects and re-establish priorities as necessary.
