Required Skills: •Clinical & Operational Leadership •Provide strategic oversight of all clinical operations across the surgery center. •Ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered delivery of care while maintaining exceptional clinical outcomes. •Lead and mentor clinical staff through recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and professional development initiatives. •Partner with physician leadership and business operations to support organizational growth, operational excellence, and long-term business objectives. •Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and best practices that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. •Maintain readiness for CMS, state regulatory, accreditation, and licensing requirements. •Lead quality improvement initiatives, infection prevention programs, risk management activities, and patient safety efforts. Qualifications: •BSN or higher degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field. •CAPA, CPAN, CNOR, or similar specialty certification. •Previous experience managing clinical budgets, capital equipment planning, or operational initiatives within an ASC. •Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon.
