Required Skills: •Conduct workflow analysis and customize application training to meet the unique needs of each customer •Plan, schedule, and deliver web-based and on-site training for healthcare professionals, ensuring they have the skills to optimize the use of our solutions •Provide remote diagnostic support for technical, clinical, and end-user challenges using cutting-edge remote access technologies •Organize and manage go-live support for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition •Serve as a clinical expert and support project teams and customer success initiatives •Develop and refine training processes to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction •Foster strong relationships with internal teams and customers, ensuring a positive and cohesive company image •Continuously innovate and improve training methodologies and technical support practices Qualifications: •Fluency in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field •5+ years’ experience as an imaging technologist (CT, MRI, Ortho, Cardiology, Breast Imaging, Analytics) •Prior experience leading or managing a team in a clinical setting •In-depth knowledge of PACS systems and healthcare interoperability standards •Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on achieving high-quality results •Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously •A passion for teaching and mentoring, with a proven track record of explaining complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner •Knowledge of Sectra PACS and add-on functionality (e.g., Volume Visualization, Teaching files) •CIIP certification or similar credentials Compensation: •$70,000 - $90,000 / year •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) •Generous benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K matching, paid parental leave, and more •Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications ($70,000 - $90,000).
