Accredited by one of the following accrediting bodies at the time the program was completed by the applicant: The accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or the commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). Required Skills: •Supervise support staff in delivery of care to patients. •Lead and participate in PACT team huddles. •Engage and retain clinic staff to promote a positive work environment. •Hold regular staff meetings to ensure effective communication of critical information. •Ensure patient visit quality metrics align with STGi and VA standards and goals. •Monitor and manage staff timesheets for accuracy and compliance. •Order and maintain inventory of medical and administrative supplies for the clinic. •Support, counsel, and address issues with staff members as needed to maintain performance and morale. Qualifications: •Moderate physical activity. Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 25 pounds or standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day. •Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment. •Required to respond to any medical emergency within the clinic, where a fast walk or job may be necessary to provide assistance. •The preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
