Hiring: Client Success Engineer Company: FieldStack Location: South Portland, ME Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 11:11:59 Target Skills & Keywords : Azure DevOps, C#, Embedded Systems, JavaScript, Python, REST, SQL, SQL Server, Webhooks About the job Required Skills: •Develop and maintain integrations between FieldStack and third-party systems (e.g., ERP, e-commerce, loyalty, payments, EDI, and analytics platforms) for our client base. •Design and build internal tools, dashboards, and automations that help the Client Success team support clients more efficiently from ticket and workload visibility to data lookups and diagnostics. •Write and maintain SQL against client databases to investigate issues, correct data, and support configuration and migration work. •Partner with support, implementation, and account management to understand recurring pain points and turn them into scalable technical solutions. •Troubleshoot integration and data issues across client environments and see them through to resolution. •Document integration specs, internal tools, and support processes so solutions are maintainable and repeatable across the team. •Partner cross-functionally with the core development team when support or integration work surfaces product-level needs. •Strong SQL skills (MS SQL Server or similar), including comfort writing and troubleshooting queries against production data. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
