Required Skills: •The Client Service Associate (CSA) is responsible for delivering proactive, high-touch service to our clients while ensuring operational excellence behind the scenes. This role partners closely with advisors to support client relationships, execute account servicing needs, and maintain accurate records within the firm’s technology systems. •The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and has strong written and verbal communication skills. We value team members who are committed to developing deep expertise in their role and contributing to the stability and continued growth of the firm and our client relationships. •Account Management and Operations •Onboard new client accounts, which includes internal administrative processes and management of custodian paperwork in an accurate & timely manner. •Process account openings, transfers, and account maintenance requests. •Coordinate closely with custodians (e.g., Charles Schwab) to ensure accurate and efficient execution of account maintenance items •Monitor account paperwork for completeness and compliance. •Track and follow up on outstanding service items to resolution. Qualifications: •Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple client requests and deadlines simultaneously. •Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. •High level of discretion with confidential client information. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn the firm’s technology systems; familiarity with Schwab Advisor Center, Orion, and/or Redtail is a plus. •Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude. •This is an in-person position; not remote or hybrid.
