Required Skills: •Authenticate, prepare, and execute high-value money movement requests—including federal wires, ACH transfers, and check disbursements—ensuring strict adherence to audit standards, risk protocols, and directed trust instructions. •Serve as a clear, responsive operational point of contact for plan sponsors, Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), and financial advisors regarding transaction status, wire confirmations, and administrative inquiries. •Collaborate directly with Relationship Managers to manage client accounts, track pending transaction workflows, gather necessary documentation, and resolve operational bottlenecks. •Review and interpret complex ESOP and ERISA-governed Service Plan Documents, trust agreements, and operational frameworks to ensure all requested transactions comply with plan provisions. •Maintain precise records within the trust accounting system, ensuring full documentation, proper coding, and audit readiness for all non-deposit trust activities. •Identify operational efficiencies in money movement and plan document reviews, contributing to enhanced service delivery and control standards across the team Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). •Solid understanding of ERISA standards and employee benefit plans (ESOP experience strongly preferred), with proven ability to analyze complex Plan Documents and Trust Agreements to extract operational processing rules. •High level of professional discretion in handling sensitive financial, trust, and client data.
