Hiring: Client Service Senior Analyst Company: Neuberger Location: New York, NY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-11 12:13:48 Employment Type: Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint About the job Experience: •5+ years' of relevant work experience Required Skills: •Develop deep knowledge of the Firm's private fund offerings, with a focus on Registered Funds, to deliver superior client service •Coordinate subscription, capital call, and redemption processes; maintain and distribute investor kits •Partner with fund administrators to ensure adherence to fund terms outlined in offering materials, side letters, investor commitments, and applicable regulations •Manage the private fund transfer process •Draft and coordinate distribution of client communications •Serve as point person for preparing and/or distributing standard and ad-hoc reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual) for commingled funds, customized portfolios, and separately managed accounts •Manage internal posting of reports and marketing materials •Support special projects as assigned Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree •3-5+ years' of relevant work experience •Excellent client service skills, sound business judgment, and understanding of escalation procedures •Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint •Superior written and verbal communication skills •Strong collaboration, time management, and organizational skills •Demonstrated capacity to meet deadlines and perform effectively under pressure •Understanding of asset management strategies, investment mandates, and fund accounting •Knowledge of Registered Funds (private equity a plus) •Applicants must be authorized and have the right to work in the country where the role is located without the need for current or future sponsorship.
