Required Skills: •Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests and inquiries, providing responsive and professional support via phone, email, and in person. •Support client onboarding and ongoing account servicing, including account setup, transfers, beneficiary changes, documentation, and routine service requests. •Build strong client relationships through consistent communication, timely follow-up, issue resolution, and appropriate escalation. •Prepare client meeting materials, coordinate scheduling and logistics, and support post-meeting follow-through. •Provide administrative and operational support to advisors across client service, financial planning, investment and insurance processing, and daily business activities. •Review and process client documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with firm and regulatory requirements. •Track client workflows, service requests, deadlines, and outstanding items to ensure timely completion. •Maintain accurate client records and data across CRM, custodial, recordkeeping, and firm systems to support service, reporting, and audit readiness. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required. •Strong customer-centric mentality with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Proven organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. •Strong problem-solving abilities with sound judgment for resolving client issues and escalating when appropriate. •High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. •Proficiency with CRM systems, financial planning software, document management systems, video meeting tools, and Microsoft Office or equivalent. •Demonstrated capacity to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Compensation: •$40,000 - $55,000 / year •$40,000 - $55,000 per year + annual performance-based bonus Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
