Required Skills: •Deliver Outstanding Client and Participant Experiences •Serve as a primary point of contact for retail clients and retirement plan participants. •Handle approximately 30 inbound service calls daily - resolving what you can, and routing what you can’t with context and care. •Follow up proactively so nothing sits open longer than it should. •Partner with internal teams to keep the client experience seamless end to end. •Keep the consulting Team Client-Facing. •Wealth Consultants trust you to own the details - so they can stay focused on advising Manage funding paperwork, account documentation, and new account processing Track open items and see them through to completion. •Coordinate with operations, compliance, and back-office partners as needed. Qualifications: •Build Your Foundation in Wealth Management -Dedicate time during your workday to studying for your Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. •Develop the knowledge and credentials to grow into a licensed consultant role at Voya. •Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related business field preferred.
