Hiring: Client Project Manager Company: Beyond Feedback Location: Scottsdale, AZ Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 19:51:09 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : HBase About the job Required Skills: •Own the administrative, project management, and communication side of the client relationship for a portfolio of Beyond Feedback’s clients. •Sit in on survey program design meetings and keep a clear, organized record of every client decision. •Support conversations regarding program design by bringing your own project management expertise to the table. •Be the friendly, reliable voice clients hear from, managing day-to-day communications and keeping everyone in the loop. •Facilitate client meetings and show up for client presentations, ready to contribute. •Schedule and distribute client reports to the right people, right on time. •Coordinate client user permissions so the right people have the right access. •Turn client results presentations into clear next steps by documenting action items and requests. •Coordinate meetings between our internal team and client leaders, keeping everyone’s calendars and expectations aligned. •Set up and customize client initiatives around action planning, training and development, and rewards and recognition. •What You Bring to the Table (Required Qualifications): •High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. •One or more years of project management experience. •One or more years of experience in the customer or employee survey industry preferred. •Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience coordinating between clients and internal teams.
