Required Skills: •Expertise in banking domain, particularly around driving AI led conversations / use cases for Banking, retail banking, digital banking platforms, and compliance frameworks. •Strong executive presence and experience engaging CXO-level stakeholders. •Deep Financial Services/Banking industry knowledge as a client relationship and P&L leader, a self-starter who can quickly learn and adapt in a matrixed organization •Demonstrated capacity to translate client pain points into innovative, technology-driven solutions. •Operational familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), modern data architectures, and emerging fintech ecosystems. •Strong commercial acumen, with experience in managing account-level P&L and growth metrics. Qualifications: •15+ years of experience in the banking or financial services domain, with significant exposure to digital banking transformation. •Demonstrated success managing large accounts ($10M+ annual revenue) in a client Partner capacity. •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant field required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. •Deep familiarity with core banking systems, retail banking workflows, digital banking products, and customer engagement platforms. •Good understanding of industry trends and ability to drive Digital Transformation in the Financial Services industry via the latest technology solutions in Cloud, Big Data, Analytics, Core Software Engineering, Legacy Modernization, Dev Ops, Agile, Automation and more. •Demonstrated track record of identifying and closing new business using a consultative and collaborative multidisciplinary team approach Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
