Required Skills: •Review and process physical settlement transactions, including trades involving physical certificates and related documentation. •Read, comprehend, and interpret various settlement and certificate documents to determine requirements and ensure proper handling. •Gather required information from multiple applications and internal contacts to complete market value reconciliations and related control processes. •Review cash, position, and market value sheets, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues to senior team members immediately. •Complete all daily and monthly responsibilities on time while maintaining peer checks across team processes. •Collaborate closely with client service representatives, reconciliation teams, controllers, and senior managers to resolve questions and obtain required information. •Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance processes using digital and AI-enabled tools. •Support application access and ensure team members have the necessary tools and resources to perform their responsibilities effectively.
