Qualifications: •A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or CFP® designation is advantageous. •Over five years of experience in business development, sales, and relationship management within financial services or wealth management. •Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding growth targets. •Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning, and the regulatory environment. •Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. •Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. •FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) licenses are required. •Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
