Hiring: Client Delivery Manager Company: NTT Global Data Centers Location: United States Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 07:43:03 Employment Type: Full-time / Remote About the job Experience: •At least 2-5 years of relevant professional experience and proven successes in project management in (national and international) data center environments Required Skills: •Coordination of contractual requirements and the services and deliveries to be provided with customer management and the departments •Planning and implementation of customer projects involving all necessary stakeholders and coordination of interfaces •Monitoring deadlines, milestones, dependencies, and risks- General project reporting and timely escalation to management •Tracking of risks and development of measures for risk mitigation •Planning and conducting cross-disciplinary coordination, quality gates workshops, and supporting project participants to achieve project goals- Assistance in project planning (definition and coordination of project goals, resource/time/effort budgeting, planning of work packages) •Definition of project workflow and project process organizations, planning and conducting the project kickoff with the involved departments •Operational support in (sub-)projects by performing PM tasks (e.g. moderation of workshops) •Continuous development of project methodology within the team and optimization of processes and tools for comprehensive project management Qualifications: •Primarily sitting with some walking, standing, and bending •Operate computer, peripherals, and other office equipment. •Perform work from a remote location with stable internet connection. •Travel required up to 50% during critical project milestones •This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device. •NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location.
