Required Skills: •Actively facilitate and support initial setup and organization of the new spacecraft cleanroom, including establishing inventory locations, stocking areas, material flow, and cleanroom supply organization. •Maintain day-to-day cleanroom inventory and stocking levels, ensuring technicians have the consumables, hardware, and production materials needed to perform scheduled work. •Monitor inventory levels and proactively replenish cleanroom consumables and production supplies to prevent production delays. •Create and process pick tickets, locate and retrieve hardware, and deliver materials to production technicians based on build schedules and priorities. •Receive, inspect, verify, and properly store incoming hardware, ensuring quantities, condition, identification, and documentation are accurate. •Stage and kit hardware for spacecraft production and integration activities, ensuring kits are complete, accurate, and ready when technicians need them. •Maintain accurate inventory counts, storage locations, and material transactions while ensuring hardware traceability throughout the production process. •Package completed Manufacturing Orders (MOs) into approved storage containers and transfer completed hardware into the appropriate inventory or downstream production location. Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent. •Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory counts, storage locations, and documentation. •Demonstrated capacity to safely handle and move hardware, materials, and production equipment. •Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize requests in a fast-paced production environment. •Demonstrated capacity to follow established cleanroom, safety, material handling, and inventory procedures. •Previous experience working in a cleanroom, contamination-controlled, ESD-sensitive, or FOD-controlled environment. •Operational familiarity with cleanroom consumables, gowning requirements, contamination control, and ESD practices. •Firefly offers outstanding benefits for our employees, including generous health, dental and vision plans with low plan deductibles, parental leave, educational reimbursement, short term disability, and flexible PTO options.
