Required Skills: •Direct, lead, and develop indemnity claim teams through effective management of Claim Supervisors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, priorities, and performance expectations. •Ensure claims are administered in compliance with applicable statutes, regulations, case law, and company standards, while achieving strong results in internal and external claim audits. •Monitor operational and individual performance metrics, implementing strategies and corrective actions to improve claim quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and claim outcomes. •Provide oversight and guidance on complex, high-exposure, litigated, and strategically significant claims, ensuring sound claim resolution strategies and appropriate risk management practices. •Promote and safeguard the financial integrity of claim files through timely and accurate reserving, settlement authority oversight, and effective claim cost containment practices. •Utilize data analytics, reporting tools, and emerging technologies to identify trends, measure performance, mitigate risk, and drive operational improvements. •Ensure timely implementation and consistent execution of changes in laws, regulations, industry best practices, and company claim management strategies. •Develop, coach, and mentor Claim Supervisors, fostering professional growth, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, succession planning, and accountability for results. Qualifications: •CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES: Designated for California adjusting or ability to achieve within 9 months from placement into position.
