Hiring: Claims Account Administrator Company: Lockton Location: Kansas City, MO Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 11:27:46 Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, Quality Assurance About the job Required Skills: •Performs other responsibilities and duties as needed. •Information Management •Lead and oversee collecting client’s claims data from various insurance carriers or TPA RMIS Systems including loss runs. •Enter data into claims management systems and audit for accuracy, completeness, and conformity to established procedures. •Enters claim and coverage information into claim management systems. •Assist with development of claims management systems for tracking/monitoring, trending and reporting of claims statistics. •Assist with tracking of trending, unique, or significant claims. •Interact and support the account team with claim summary information as well as claim data. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field and/or years of experience equivalent •Up to three years of Client services experience is required •Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) •Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required •Understands industry trends and governmental regulations •Demonstrated capacity to complete continuing education requirements as needed •Demonstrated capacity to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessions •Demonstrated capacity to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of client and company information •Demonstrated capacity to efficiently organize work and manage time in order to meet deadlines •Demonstrated capacity to travel by automobile and aircraft Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
