Required Skills: •Assists and executes estimating work plan to include: estimate preparation & set up, coordination of bidding activities, posting of plans and specifications to Building Connected and/or Base Camp •Assists Estimators in Coordination & Solicitation of quotes from vendors and subcontractors. Place advertisements for bid. •Reviews and understands plans, specifications with the ability to establish complete and proper scopes, recognize conflicts or problems to provide complete and accurate estimate. •Performs quantity take offs and provide accurate scopes, counts and quantities.
