Ideally, selected candidates will be near a JACOBS U.S. based office, but we intend to hire the "best" candidates. •You'll be surrounded by expert technical professionals to collaborate with and help you thrive in your career. •As a Civil Engineer in Data Centers/Advanced Manufacturing, some of your key contributions will include •Leading technical due diligence efforts for greenfield and brownfield development opportunities •Performing site feasibility assessments related to grading, drainage, utilities, transportation access, permitting, environmental constraints, and constructability •Evaluating potential development risks, opportunities, and fatal flaws associated with prospective project sites •Supporting clients through site acquisition, investment, and development decision-making processes •Conducting infrastructure assessments including water, wastewater, stormwater, electrical including grid and behind the meter power solutions, telecommunications, and transportation systems Qualifications: •Site development, site master planning, and site selection for large data center facilities Compensation: •$110,600 - $148,200 / year •The base salary range for this position is $110,600.00 to $148,200.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
