Qualifications: •High School degree or GED required •Demonstrated capacity to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship •Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions •Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals •Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues •Recognized ability to strengthen relationships with teammates, business partners and specialists through collaboration •Self-motivated, confident and ability to multitask effectively •Demonstrated capacity to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings •Meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including, but not limited to successful completion of the pre-employment screening checks and obtaining a unique identifier from the NMLS.
