Required Skills: •Continuous Improvement (CI) Process Manager •Department: C.I. & Process Manager •Reports to: Plant Manager •The Continuous Improvement Manager leads plant-wide initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational excellence principles. •Lead continuous improvement strategy and roadmap for the plant. •Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and waste reduction initiatives. •Drive KPI improvements in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost. •Coach leaders and employees on Lean and problem-solving methodologies.
