Required Skills: •Serve as a CI mission and technical SME, helping ensure IT solutions are aligned to CI operational requirements and functional-management objectives. •Support DIA enterprise-level IT solutions enabling CI functional management, enterprise coordination and deconfliction, and performance assessment. •Engage CI stakeholders, mission partners, Government technical personnel, and vendors to identify, understand, and document functional-management IT requirements. •Translate CI mission needs, operational workflows, policies, and stakeholder requirements into actionable functional and technical requirements. •Develop, publish, and manage Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), current and future capability requirements, product backlogs, meeting documentation, surveys, and related IT and business-management products. •Facilitate coordination between CI professionals and technical teams to validate requirements, reconcile competing needs, and support development of mission-relevant capabilities. •Support analytical tools, dashboards, catalog systems, coordination platforms, and other capabilities supporting CI functional management and enterprise visibility. •Develop and support evaluation of proofs of concept for current and future CI functional-management requirements. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field that overlaps with National Security/Intelligence. •4–6 years of demonstrated experience in the CI career field, with experience in one or more of the following areas: CI investigations, operations, collection, analysis and production, functional services, and/or mission support. •In-depth knowledge of CI mission operations and the ability to translate operational needs into functional and technical requirements. •Comprehensive knowledge of CI/CD pipeline architectures, automation frameworks, and operational practices supporting mission-critical IT systems. •Proficiency managing or optimizing CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bamboo, or comparable platforms. •Knowledge of DISA STIGs, DoD cybersecurity requirements, and applicable Intelligence Community security standards, including ICD 503. •Strong technical and organizational skills with the ability to work across CI mission, development, cybersecurity, and system administration teams. •Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate between CI mission stakeholders and technical personnel. •Active TS/SCI clearance with completed CI Polygraph required prior to performance. •Demonstrated capacity to work 100% onsite in Reston, VA.
