Qualifications: •College degree or equivalent work experience. •An analytical outlook and desire to look deeper to understand the data, translating findings into a clear story and actionable takeaways. •Excellent attention to detail, with strong verbal and written communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to multi-task and prioritize competing asks. •Outstanding working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint. •Interest in or familiarity with the children's and young adult publishing category. •HarperCollins Publishers is a company full of people who are passionate about books.
