Hiring: Child Welfare Specialist I/II/III - Post Adoption Company: Oklahoma Department of Human Services Location: Oklahoma City, OK Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 11:12:11 About the job Experience: •3 years of experience related to child welfare work Required Skills: •All New Employees will complete the Child Welfare Core Academy Training Program •Post Adoption Services assists Adoptive Families with needed social services, and medical and financial support to care for children who meet special needs criteria •Manages a specialized caseload assisting with post-adoption services in order to support safe and permanent adoptive families for children with special needs •Process Adoption Assistance Annual Reviews. •Audit and correct weekly reports and finance rejection claims. •Process approved adoption assistance agreements, adoption finalization packets and modifications •Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.
