Required Skills: •Develop and lead the overall technology strategy, architecture, and infrastructure. •Drive engineering execution with defined priorities, timelines, and accountability. •Build, mentor, and scale a talented engineering team capable of supporting rapid growth. •Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Leadership to translate business goals into technical plans. •Lead architecture decisions across AI, large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), text-to-speech (TTS), animation, and cloud infrastructure. •Assess technical approaches, vendor solutions, and build-versus-buy options to maximize speed, cost-efficiency, and quality. •Ensure platform reliability, security, compliance, and operational excellence. •Communicate technical risks, timelines, tradeoffs, and opportunities clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
